Virgin Media O2 and Daisy Group plan to merge their B2B operations in H2 2025 to create a new entity with pro forma revenues of £1.4 billion, led by Matthew Riley (pictured) as Chairman and Jo Bertram as CEO.

Zybre has acquired fellow network aggregator Air Broadband, creating a group that can address over 13 million premises.
Both Zybre and Air offer services across multiple alternative networks under one ISP. Air Broadband has L2 services across CityFibre, Full Fibre, OFNL, MS3, VX Fibre, Gigaclear and several other broadband networks.
Zybre CEO Jonny Robinson said: “This acquisition will be one of many consolidations in this market. For us, Air brings us additional network infrastructure that we need to scale, and we’ll be able to be competitive in key towns and cities.”
Air Broadband CEO Andrew Glover added: "Joining forces with Zybre allows both companies to accelerate our growth, offering more customers ultrafast broadband and additional services”
Zybre has also acquired another ISP, which takes it to 10K customers. Its organic growth hits a thousand a week.
