Nearly 12,000 premises in the town of Workington can now access Fibrus’ full fibre network.

Clive Selley provided an update on Openreach’s progress on 7th December, taking stock of operational performance over the last two years.
CityFibre has completed its primary build in Slough, enabling network access to 42,000 homes in homes in the town, around 80% of its total residential properties.
Zzoomm has seen a 20% uptake of Its full-fibre broadband in Shiplake (Oxfordshire) since going live on the 20th of December 2023.
Quickline’s full fibre network is now available to thousands more rural premises across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
CityFibre has completed the primary build of its full fibre network in Lowestoft which is now available to nearly 30,000 homes and most businesses, in the town, and surrounding areas.
Quickline’s network is now live and available to residents across the Lincolnshire hamlets of North Elkington, South Elkington and Acthorpe as well as Eggborough in North Yorkshire.
The first businesses on Fair Isle, off Scotland’s north coast, have been connected to full fibre.
GoFibre’s network is now live across three Northumberland locations as it completes phase one of its £7.3m Project Gigabit contract.
Quickline’s network is now available to a further 3,000 properties across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire as its builds go live in Osgodby and Barlby in North Yorkshire and Northorpe and Knaith Park in Lincolnshire.
