Telecom Acquisitions (TAL) has agreed to deals with No One Internet and Link Broadband to acquire customers the ISPs have signed up to the CityFibre network.

Glide Group will operate Quintain’s fibre optic network throughout Wembley Park, after acquiring its subsidiary Velocity1.
This network provides connectivity to almost 5,000 homes, 500,000 square feet of retail and leisure including Boxpark and London Designer Outlet and public Wi-Fi provision across the 86-acre Wembley Park estate.
The buy sees Glide take responsibility for the service and become the sole supplier of residential broadband services to Quintain Living, with all services rebranded under the Glide brand name.
Glide will also be responsible for the design, build and management of the fibre networks across Quintain’s next development phase of Wembley Park, a 12-acre site delivering over 2,000 new homes with 769 to be built in phase one.
