Ogi has completed work on a multimillion-pound programme to connect Cardiff’s economic gateway to its 10 Gigabit-capable full fibre network, bringing much needed resilience, diversity and wholesale capacity to city businesses.

Virgin Media O2 Business has been appointed to build a dedicated dark fibre network to 36 public sector sites throughout Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
This new network, commissioned by Swansea Bay City, will be fully available by December 2025, improving connectivity for local authorities, healthcare and education partners.
This includes the Welsh Ambulance Service University Trust, Swansea Bay University Health Board, Hywel Dda Health Board, Swansea University, the University of Wales, Trinity St David, and the three local authorities, Neath Port Talbot, Swansea and Carmarthenshire.
