The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.
Adam Bradley has joined Eight Advisory as a Partner to lead the firm’s telecom sector go-to-market approach.
He will be part of the existing Strategy & Operations unit in London and lead on UK turnaround services and European Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure.
The team’s focus is to provide clients with insights to drive market penetration, revenue and long-term transformation as they navigate volatile environments and optimise M&A positions.
Bradley has previously held senior positions at FTI Consulting and Alvarez & Marsal and has experience working with private equity, lenders and infrastructure investors.
He said: “In the telecoms sector, after a period of focus on rollout, network operators are now switching to drive service takeup whilst also having to deal with the consolidation we will see over the next few years. Navigating these changes successfully requires experienced help.”
