Openreach is continuing to rollout full fibre across the UK, and more than 315,000 homes and businesses in Leeds can now access faster internet, with over 80% of properties connected to the network.

CityFibre has begun its £28m infrastructure programme in Stockton which will bring fibre within reach of all local homes and businesses.
Construction is being delivered by Ociusnet which is working in close partnership with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council and local communities.
Each area will usually take a few weeks to complete and once activated, services will be available from an increasing range of broadband providers.
Area Manager Steph Carter-Smith said: “Short-term disruption will pay off in the long-term as we transform the town’s digital infrastructure and make it ready to serve the community’s connectivity needs for decades to come.”
