Wildanet is celebrating a double-milestone in its £77m rollout of full fibre broadband in Cornwall as part of Project Gigabit, and has now connected a total of 10,000 premises in the first two phases across the south west and central parts of the region.

CityFibre’s £20m network build in Bracknell has hit its latest milestone, with the rollout extending to the Bullbrook, Warfield and Ascot areas.
CityFibre started building the March 2021. Among the parts of the town to be finished to date are Easthampstead, Harmans Water, Binfield, Birch Hill, Crown Wood, Great Hollands and Jennetts Park.
Locally, the roll out is being completed by CityFibre’s build partner, Volker Highways. The full roll out is expected to reach completion by 2024.
James Sunderland, Member of Parliament for Bracknell, Crowthorne and Sandhurst, said: “CityFibre’s full fibre roll out is a very promising infrastructure upgrade for Bracknell. It is undeniable that fast and reliable connectivity is so important in this digital age."
In Bracknell, CityFibre service are available through Vodafone, TalkTalk, Giganet and Zen.
