Ex-O2 UK COO joins MS3 as Chairman

MS3 Networks has appointed former O2 UK COO Derek McManus as its new Chairman to leverage his 34 years’ experience in the telecoms industry.

McManus has spent over 20 years at O2 where in 2011 he became the COO responsible for customer service, network, IT, cross business transformation, fraud & security and property for the Group.

He joins MS3 following recent additions to the senior management team including CEO Guy Miller (pictured), CTO Chris Byrd and Director of Delivery Stuart Bamber.

Miller said: “McManus brings a huge wealth of industry experience to the team as we continue to scale up our operations to deliver full-fibre connectivity to over 5000,000 premises.”
