Netomnia is increasing its full fibre footprint in the south west by undertaking a £20m rollout to connect 68,000 premises across Frome and Trowbridge.

Fibrus is opening a £1m Service and Network Operations Centre at Dargan Crescent, Belfast to aid growth as its fibre network passes the 120,000 homes and businesses milestone.
It will act as the central hub for Fibrus’ Service Delivery function, with the altnet aiming to align its service innovation, agent capabilities and customer expectations.
The 12,000 sq. ft centre will have capacity for up to 100 people across Customer Care, Billing, Installations, Network Operations and Field Engineering, with on-site training and storage facilities.
Liam Mulholland, Service Delivery Director at Fibrus, said: “With the growth of Fibrus’ Service Delivery function it’s vital that all of the colleagues responsible for that customer journey are based in one location.”
