Over 98% of Gloucestershire homes and businesses can now access a superfast broadband connection, through one of the first types of UK projects of its kind that started in 2012 to increase superfast coverage in the county.

Tenants of The Jointworks co-working space in Birmingham will have access to fibre connectivity as Glide extends its network to support the city’s hybrid workers.
Opening in July 2022, The Jointworks will host over 70 hot desks and a range of meeting rooms.
The collaboration is part of Glide’s larger fibre city project, which is set to enhance Birmingham’s network infrastructure.
CTO Sean Lowry said: “It is key for us to support the key players to Birmingham’s regional economy, and the needs of its businesses and educational hubs were at the forefront of this collaboration with The Jointworks.”
“It is clear that the co-working spaces of the future need to further incorporate the modern demands of today's employment models.”
