GoFibre has donated much-needed new furniture to Burntisland First Aid as it moves to larger premises in the centre of Burntisland.
Glide is continuing its partnership with the Unite Foundation, a charity that delivers a unique accommodation scholarship scheme for care leavers and estranged young people at university.
Over the last three years Glide has run a placement scheme for Unite Foundation students to gain summer employment at its Birmingham HQ.
Glide is now offering at least six paid roles being offered in Birmingham this summer in 2022.
The placement helps build a strengthened CV, real-world work experience and a list of industry contacts.
Glide has also provided 27 laptops that were given as prizes to students who are being supported by the Unite Foundation to help them feel better connected to other estranged and care experienced students across the UK.
Rhys Thomas, Customer Experience Director at Glide said: “Helping the larger community is really important to Glide. We believe that every young person, irrespective of background, deserves equal access to education and the Unite Foundation is an excellent cause.”
Helen Arber, Head of Operations at the Unite Foundation added: “Gifts of technology to get young people connected plus annual, paid, summer student internships are particularly valuable for care experienced and estranged students who are putting themselves through university without family support.”
