The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.

Vicky Higgin will assume responsibility for CityFibre’s long-term IT strategy and roadmap after being hired into the newly created role of Chief Digital and Information Officer.
She has held CDIO roles at National Highways and National Grid, having spent more than 25 years working in working in energy, utilities and infrastructure.
At CityFibre, Higgin will develop and improve the organisation’s existing IT strategy, security, delivery, infrastructure and architecture to support growth.
CEO Greg Mesch said: “We're building a digital infrastructure platform that sets a new standard in the market and our IT strategy is critical as we deliver that vision.
“Vicky’s experience of leading innovative IT transformation projects in infrastructure businesses couldn't be better suited to our business and speed of development.”
