A recent survey from bOnline has shown that many SMEs are unsure about the availability of altnet in their area, with confusion over the UK’s broadband roll-out strategy.
Lightning Fibre has begun rolling out full fibre in Bexhill, announcing its presence with a Formula One Grand Prix Winning car to celebrate 120 years since British Motor Racing was born in the town.
The south coast altnet will announce further expansion soon, with 100 more local jobs being created now to support that future growth.
CEO Ben Ferriman said: “It was always my intention to include Bexhill in our network expansion. We pride ourselves on being the only locally founded full fibre network headquartered in and focused on East Sussex.”
