Netomnia is investing over £27m to connect 91,500 new premises across Oldham, Doddington and Dalton-in-Furness.

In Oldham, Netomnia is partnering with O’Connor Utilities to provide fibre infrastructure to around 71,000 premises as part of a £21m investment in the area.

Netomnia is working with MJ Quinn in Dalton-in-Furness to connect 13,000 premises through a £4m local investment.

The final £2.25m will be invested into Doddington, where Netomnia will connect 7,500 premises.

Jeremy Chelot, CEO at Netomnia, said: “Many parts of the UK have had notoriously limited access to a good, quality broadband network in the past and at Netomnia we’re trying to remedy that.

“No one should be left out of having access to ultrafast broadband, especially when it can support growth and development in the local area.”
