Gigabit IQ is joining forces with FullFibre to bring Gigabit IQ’s FamilyGuard+ and CyberGuard+ services to more communities across the UK.
A series of artworks, based on the theme of connections, are being installed on data cabinets around Haverfordwest as Ogi prepares for its first exhibition with local art centre, Breakout Gallery.
The thirteen commissions will see local artists preparing the cabinets over the coming weeks, before the outdoor exhibition formally opens later in the summer
The project extends Ogi’s community outreach work following the altnet’s sponsorship of the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium, Haverfordwest AFC’s home ground.
Head of Brand and Engagement, Sarah Vining, said: “Community is at the heart of everything we do here at Ogi, and offering residents and visitors a chance to encounter art around almost every corner is an exciting way to thank people for their patience during our works.”
Curating the exhibition, Arthur Brooker, Breakout Gallery’s MD, said: “Showcasing the breath of talent we have here in west Wales, this exhibition provides a real opportunity for these artists to get their work seen.”
