Neos Networks has launched its new rapid activation proposition, enabling customers to order and use high-capacity optical connectivity in just five to ten days, and helping ISPs and altnets meet demand for data-intensive applications like AI and edge connectivity.

Quickline has completed work to install full fibre broadband and bring high-speed connectivity to rural south Yorkshire communities, thanks to Project Gigabit funding.
The villages of Barnby Dun and Hatfield Woodhouse, north of Doncaster, have access to gigabit-capable broadband, meaning nearly 1,700 premises can now connect with the remaining address located across the two villages set to benefit soon.
Julian Chalk, Head of Network Engagement and Enablement at Quickline, said: “Through Project Gigabit, our mission is to connect communities like Barnby Dun and Hatfield Woodhouse to reliable broadband that is essential to carry out everyday tasks in modern life.”
