Quickline reinforces customer focus with Stone appointment

Quickline Communications has appointed Frank Stone as Chief Marketing and Information Officer, strengthening its commitment to providing quality broadband experience for its growing customer base.

In a move that reinforces this focus, Quickline is also expanding its estate with a new Customer Excellence Hub at its Willerby headquarters.

The new building will house customer-facing teams, including sales, customer services, scheduling, and customer onboarding, and reflects Quickline’s dedication to its customers’ needs and insights.

Stone brings extensive experience from senior telecommunications roles, including the past 12 years at Digicel, leaving as the Group Chief Commercial Officer.

Before that, he spent a decade at BT in commercial roles focused on business and residential mobile services, alongside management positions at ntl, Dolphin Telecommunications, Cable & Wireless and Silverlink Train Services, specialising in commercial pricing, product and propositions.

In his new role, Stone will lead Quickline’s product, propositions, marketing, digital and data teams.

Sean Royce, Quickline’s CEO said: “Frank’s extensive commercial experience will be invaluable as we move forward on our growth journey, and his expertise will ensure we remain focused on what matters most – our customers.

“Further to that, the opening of our new Customer Excellence Hub at Willerby is another key milestone in our journey to transform rural connectivity.”
