Vorboss has struck a new deal with Neos Networks that will enable the business network provider to offer its customers competitive high-capacity last-mile connectivity options in London.
The rise of Telecom Acquisitions as a major force in the residential broadband supply area continues following the signing of a wholesale agreement with KCOM.
The deal means TAL’s brand Eclipse Broadband business will market and support solutions from mid-November - when the partnership begins - on the expanded KCOM network in parts of East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire recently cabled with fibre.
Eclipse Broadband was formerly a KCOM brand that was purchased in 2021 by TAL with around 10,000 offnet customers.
It now complements KCOM’s own broadband services in the area, diversifying customer choice and experience.
Nigel Barnett, TAL’s CEO, said: “This project has been some time in the making and the agreement reinforces the group’s presence in the Hull, East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire area following the acquisition of bases developed by ISP’s Open Fibre, Link Broadband, Infinics Broadband and Zybre.”
Jan Collins, MD of KCOM Enterprise, added: “This new deal with TAL means that more customers in our expansion areas can access the benefits of our fast and secure network via the Eclipse broadband brand.”
