Quickline Communications aims to allocate at least 5% of its workforce to formal apprenticeships or graduate development schemes in the next five years.
Telent is gearing up to take on its largest ever cohort of graduates and apprentices in 2022.
The digital infrastructure specialist is looking for 40 new apprentices and an additional 38 people join its latest graduate programme.
Graduate and Apprenticeship Manager Richard Giddings said: “Apprenticeships offer individuals of any age the ability to reach their career aspirations by building their skills and knowledge through hands-on experience.
“Next week we will be taking part in a range of activities to share our advice for anyone thinking of applying to become an apprentice with us or who might want to start as a graduate.”
Telent has a UK-wide cable network field force that specialises in the deployment, repair and maintenance of fibre optic and copper cable infrastructure across multiple operational environments.
