Hampshire-based altnet Toob will invest £7m to deploy its full fibre network to 19,000 premises in Fareham.
Detailed network planning has commenced in Fareham, with build activity due to start imminently and first customers to be connected by the end of the year.
CEO Nick Parbutt said: “Families and businesses require fast and reliable broadband and full fibre is the best technology to deliver this experience.”
