The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.

Melanie Hunter-Yell has joined Truespeed as Marketing and Sales Director, bringing over 24 years’ experience to the altnet’s senior management team.
Her past roles include Head of Acquisition at O2 and Head of Consumer at Truphone.
As Marketing and Sales Director she will focus on enhancing the brand and engaging with customers as Truespeed continues to expand its full fibre network in south Wales.
CEO James Lowther said: “Melanie brings both traditional and digital engagement experience to Truespeed. She will be focused on creative ways of connecting and engaging with customers and enhancing the Truespeed brand.”
Hunter-Yell added: “Having reliable and fast broadband is now a basic need which has become an expectation in every household. It’s only going to get more important and ingrained in our daily lives.”
