Openreach is continuing to rollout full fibre across the UK, and more than 315,000 homes and businesses in Leeds can now access faster internet, with over 80% of properties connected to the network.

Voneus has begun connecting residents on Walney Island just eight weeks after it began building the network.
The network was designed and built by Voneus through a partnership with Cambium Networks and the support of Westmorland and Furness Council.
When complete the network will make fibre available to more than 10,000 residents.
Christopher Traggio, Voneus CEO, said: “We have been able to get the first customers get connected to the new gigabit speed network after just a few weeks of works."
Voneus is working closely with the community on Walney Island, and to date has supported the North Scale Community Centre, Walney FC, Walney School and the Roundhouse Café.
