A recent survey from bOnline has shown that many SMEs are unsure about the availability of altnet in their area, with confusion over the UK’s broadband roll-out strategy.
Zzoomm is making a combined £3m investment to address premises in Kinsey and Upton, West Yorkshire.
In Upton, Zzoomm will commit £1.7m to connect nearly 3,000 properties following successful builds in the neighbouring towns of South Elmsall and Hemsworth.
The remaining £1.3m will be used to pass 2,500 premises in Kinsley.
Matthew Hare, CEO at Zzoomm said: “For the first time, homes and businesses in these towns will have a choice of network.”
