Zzoomm has appointed Acuity Advisors to explore potential M&A targets, according to a report from Sky News.
The holding company of O’Connor Utilities and Instalcom, OCU Group, has been acquired by Triton Partners which will ramp up its fibre installation operations across the UK.
OCU has a workforce of over 3,000 employees and contractors across the UK and has delivered revenues of £300m for the latest financial year.
Subsidiary O’Connor Utilities provides installation, termination and testing services across the UK for numerous fibre providers including CityFibre.
It recently opened a training centre in Sheffield for those looking to begin a career in digital infrastructure construction.
