The recent acquisition of Dyfed Telecom by technology firm Northern Telecom has helped to secure the future of the business – which was hit by a winding-up petition from HMRC in February – alongside its staff and satellite offices, in a deal that will push annual revenue to a milestone of nearly £8 million.

Northern Telecom has acquired Dyfed Telecom, which was hit by a winding-up petition from HMRC in February, to add 4,000 customers and 22 team members to its business.
Over the coming months, it will integrate Dyfed Telecom into the company and ensure a smooth transition for both customers and employees.
Jon Graves, Founder and CEO of Northern Telecom said: “We say a huge thank you to Mary Daniels, Marco Piacquadio, and Jordan Martine for their support in making this happen.
“These deals are never straightforward, and their expertise has been invaluable.”
Northern Telecom was advised by Chris Huges of Mincoffs Solicitors.
