Wildanet is celebrating a double-milestone in its £77m rollout of full fibre broadband in Cornwall as part of Project Gigabit, and has now connected a total of 10,000 premises in the first two phases across the south west and central parts of the region.

Ogi is adding Pencoed to its fibre network in Bridgend County, as it expands out of the neighbouring towns Maesteg and Porthcawl.
Pencoed is a key region for technology innovation in Wales, housing the Sony UK Technology Centre, where the Raspberry Pi Foundation's microcomputer is produced.
CEO Ben Allwright said: “The big data age has arrived in Wales, and fast, dependable connectivity has never been more important.
“As we look to work in more flexible and hybrid ways, reliable connectivity is vital, and this digital upgrade in Pencoed will lay new foundations for Wales’s tech sector to thrive today, and long into the future.”
