Truespeed has reached its milestone of 50,000 properties passed and ready for service in its south west full fibre broadband rollout.
The Bath-based altnet secured £100m investment in January 2022 and has since accelerated, having added seven new areas to its build programme and now providing service to over 11,500 live customers.
Truespeed believes it is on track to pass 500,000 properties by the end of 2025.
“Passing 50,000 properties is a huge testament to the team's efforts as we continue to rapidly roll out our ultrafast network and connect more customers to some of the fastest broadband speeds anywhere in the world,” said James Lowther, Truespeed CEO.
