A recent survey from bOnline has shown that many SMEs are unsure about the availability of altnet in their area, with confusion over the UK’s broadband roll-out strategy.
Almost 4,500 households across the three Lincolnshire towns have been made ready for service by the altnet.
Julian Chalk, Head of Network Enablement and Engagement at Quickline, said: “Fibre services str a game-changer for communities which have endured slow, inconsistent broadband for too long.
“When some providers talk about fibre, that actually means fibre is connected to a cabinet in your local area but our full fibre broadband comes all the way to your door.”
